- We begin with the Little DreamerzZz Newborn guidance package.
- When your baby is 4 months or 4+ months and you feel ready to start the sleep training, we arrange the Consultation (or recording*) for the Little DreamerzZz-2 week support!

Little DreamerzZz Trauma-Informed
(One Month) Sleep Support Package
(this package is best suitable for Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE), Traumatic events, Fears)

- 45-90 minutes of Online Consultation.
- Secondly, a bespoke sleep plan will be created according to the child’s needs and family goals.

I don’t need to know exactly what happened. You will only share what you feel comfortable with.
Firstly, based on information provided and given my knowledge and understanding of the bidirectional relationship between Sleep and Trauma, you and I will work in partnership to support the child’s feelings of safety (physical and/or emotional). This can take some time, days or weeks.
I believe in working slowly rather than making quick fixes. Trying to understand the “why” behind some behaviors, and feeling no pressure at all, is very important!
Some changes may happen during the process, and adaptations will need to be made until the feeling of safety is achieved.
Secondly, a bespoke sleep plan will be created according to the child’s needs and the family goals.

Little DreamerzZz Full Support Package
(Combines “Little DreamerzZz 2-week Sleep Support” and “Little DreamerzZz and Little DreamerzZz Potty 2-Week Support”)
How the combination works:
- Start with the package that suits you first.
- Once the first package is completed, we can arrange the consultation and start the second Support Package.
- Example: You purchase this Package when your baby is 8 months. First, you complete the Sleep Support Package, and we wait until your child has reached the age when it is time to start the Potty Training. Then, we book the Consultation and begin the Support!
- I DON’T offer the 2 supports at the same time
- Example: When you purchase this Package, your child is 2.5 years old, and you want to Potty train first. Once Potty support ends, we can arrange the Consultation for the Sleep support.
- Example: When you purchase this Package, your child is 2.5 years old, and you want to Potty train first. Once Potty support ends, we can arrange the Consultation for the Sleep support.

1:1 Baby Massage and/or Baby Yoga can be added to any of the Support Packages for 45 euro each or 2 for 80 euro!
(Ensure you choose these options when filling OUT the forms.)
Group Support
Baby Massage
Baby Massage can be started from birth (no oil until the baby is at least 4 weeks).
The course runs in 5 weeks (1 hour each section—online).
A Form will be sent and an information sheet about the ambient and safety of the space for the class.

Baby Yoga
A Baby Yoga course can be started when your baby is around 8 weeks old and after a satisfactory hip check.
If the baby or the mother has a suspected or a confirmed medical condition, the GP needs to confirm if it’s safe to start the course.
The courses run in 5 weeks (1 hour per section online).
A form and an information sheet will be sent about the amebient and safety of the space for the class.
