Every family is different. I take the time to understand your child’s needs, your concerns, and what your family goals are.

I know changing habits takes time. During the period of support, there is daily email return so I can see the progression, answer any questions that may arise, and adapt some strategies if needed.

After the 2-week support, if you think you need more time, we can discuss that.

As a trauma-informed sleep consultant, I offer one month of support when working with families. I need to know exactly what happened; you only share what you feel comfortable with.

Firstly, based on information provided and given my knowledge and understanding of the bi-directional relationship between sleep and trauma, you and I will develop a partnership to support the child’s feelings of safety (physical and/or emotional), and this can take some time; it might take days or even weeks.
I believe in working slower rather than using quick fixes. We’ll try to understand the “why” behind some behaviors, and I don’t want any feeling of pressure.

I just need to understand and gather some information, as I want to prioritize that the child feels safe first (and it can take some time) in the sleep environment. Then, once that happens, a bespoke sleep plan will be created according to the child’s needs and your family goals.

You’ll know exactly how much you’ll be investing in advance, with no surprises.
